Founded in 2020, I have been committed to serving up delicious vegan goodies in the Little Rock area. I believe that the experience of ordering from a bakery should include both enjoying your favorite pastries and trying out some new ones too. I pride myself in creating top quality, imaginative and delicious baked treats, and make sure to cater to the needs of each one of my customers, from gluten free to low sugar. Whether you’re looking for catering or something to bring home and share, Njeri's Pastries has it all.

Started out as a Vegan Meal Prepping company, I quickly shifted gears in the beginning of 2020 after deep research and the realization that there aren't many vegan bakeries locally, and especially not any that offer the vast and interesting flavors that Njeri's Pastries has to offer. I believe food doesn't have to be boring, no matter what your diet restrictions are, and throughout the years restaurants that offer vegan options, or bakeries that offer vegan options would always have a limited selection to chose from, and from that selection it would be basic flavor profiles.

Notable awards include winner in the Carelink Cupcakes For Goodness Sake events in 2023 and 2024. It was an honor winning the awards as the ONLY vegan baker, both years.

It's my dream that Njeri's Pastries can be the start of a chain of vegan bakeries emerging with enticing flavors, and current bakeries taking time to self reflect on ways they can improve on their menus of vegan baked goods.
